We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at the Grand Hotel Paradiso. The location was fantastic, just steps away from the slopes, making it super convenient for skiing. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet-style restaurant offered a good variety of Italian dishes, and the inclusive drinks with the evening meal were a nice addition. We also enjoyed the spa, particularly the sauna and steam room. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel near the piste is perfect for skiing, making it easy to access and end the day with some après-ski. the restaurants offer buffet-style meals with a varied menu, and for those eating in the other restaurant, drinks are free. the hotel is located next to the blue slopes, providing great access for beginners. the rooms are clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains.
The hotel could be more environmentally conscious, as they use plastic cups and paper napkins during breakfast, despite using proper glasses and serviettes during dinner.

Excellent Christmas Skiing Trip
Spent my Christmas holiday in the mountains with fantastic ski run views such as being able to literally wake up and ski in a minute. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always willing to help. The food was amazing and plenty of variety. There was entertainment throughout the week with special events for the holiday. The ski shop conveniently located and very well equipped.
Rooms could improve with more facilities such as better hairdryers. , the rooms can be a little bit basic, missing some small items that would make them more comfortable.

The hotel had heated lockers in the large boot room which was convenient for all our skiing equipment. The buffet spread was varied and tasty for all meals and we appreciated the option of wine or beer with dinner. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and the modern bathrooms were well-kept with free toiletries.
The room lacked basic amenities such as a coffee maker, phone, or stationary. The pillows were quite uncomfortable and we had trouble sleeping.
